Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests for Nest are handled by [Legal business name] (“Nest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Nest Subscription Plans
Nest may offer the following plans, subject to the prices and terms shown at checkout:
- Monthly plan: EGP 350.
- Annual plan: EGP 3,500.
The checkout page will show the applicable price, billing period, payment method, and any relevant terms before payment.
2. Cancellation
If your plan supports recurring billing, you may cancel future renewals through [insert cancellation method or account page] or by contacting [support email].
Cancellation stops future renewals when processed. Unless applicable law or the specific plan terms require otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made, and access may continue until the end of the paid period.
If your plan is not automatically renewing, it will normally end on its stated expiry date unless renewed.

Any statutory withdrawal or refund rights, including rules that may apply to digital services or content, must be handled according to the laws applicable to the customer and transaction.
5. Judo Academy Complimentary Access
Eligible Judo Academy players may receive free Nest access for a qualifying paid academy membership period, if their account is properly linked and verified.
This complimentary Nest access is an academy benefit, not a paid Nest subscription. The academy’s membership fees are separate from Nest subscription fees and are handled under the academy’s own payment and refund terms.
If the academy payment is not confirmed for a new month, complimentary Nest access may end for that month. This does not create a Nest subscription charge. The user may choose to purchase a regular Nest subscription.
6. Payment Processing
Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider and the original payment method. We will explain any approved refund and its expected processing steps.
